Your clients can unsubscribe to your Emails and SMS but what happens if they accidentally unsubscribed.
If the contact unsubscribed, the Sms and Email button will turn red.
If the contact subscribed, the Sms and Email button is green.
EMAIL Re-subscribed
Your clients can unsubscribe to your emails in case they don't want to receive them. That can also happen with clients that accidentally unsubscribe to your email.
You have 2 options to get them back on your email list.
1. They can send an email to [email protected] asking to be added back to the email list, adding their names and the gym they belong to.
2. They can text your location number with the key code myemail.
SMS Re-subscribed
You are required by law to let your clients know they have the option to stop receiving your Sms message anytime. This message will be sent out by default for all contacts the first time you send a text message.
Click your profile on the upper right corner of your Fit Pro Tracker and then click the Numbers tab.
And then select the Stop Message Compliance tab to see the important information and option related to Stop Message Compliance.
Keywords that a contact can use to Opt Out:
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT
Keywords that a contact can use to Opt In:
START, YES and UNSTOP
You can also select the groups you want to have the automatic SMS compliance. You can edit this at any time. Make sure to click the Save button.
