Fit Pro Tracker Campaigns - They can be as automated or personal as you want depending on the actions you design.
Step #1 - Creating a Campaign
Click on Campaign on the left side of Fit Pro Tracker. Select "Campaign Management"
In here you can create a new campaign or clone an existing one from the code. Make sure you name the campaign and describe it.
In order to better organize your campaigns and filter accordingly, you can now designate your campaigns in two different categories: “Opt-in” and “General”. A “General” campaign is the default and it's the same for every person. The “Opt-in” campaign is unique for everyone in the campaign based on when they opted in.
Then click on the blue plus sign under "Start Campaign" to start creating your custom campaign. Start your campaign by clicking on the "+"
Campaigns in Fit Pro Tracker allow you to perform various actions over a period of time. These action's can range from the following:
Ringless voice drop (using 3rd party SlyBroadcast)
Remember to set a name for each activity, in here you can choose the action (Sms, email, Sly Dial or Follow Up Task), you can also choose the time setting in which each activity will be carried.
It is important to click on Submit or Update once you finish creating the campaign.
Pay attention to the line on top of each activity, if the notification appears on top of the action box that means the activity has missing information such as the activity title, the time set up, the content you want to send, etc. and the system won't let you submit your campaign.
If you have all the information you need to continue with the next activity, you can submit the campaign.
If you need to eliminate an activity you can click on the delete option.
Once you have all the activities set up you can submit the campaign
There are several important aspects to consider while creating the campaign.
If you have missing information (red line) the system won't allow you to update the campaign
Once you finish and all the lines on top each activity are blue you can Submit your campaign
Please give a name to each activity.
Preview Campaign
To preview a campaign click on the upper right hand side of the screen. Remember this just a preview mode and is NOT where you set the time you want to send out the campaign out to contacts.
Cancel Campaign Option
This is a new rule, if this rule is turned on it automatically takes the contact out of the campaign if they respond to any of the sms and emails that are sent in the campaign. You can also click on "configure" and the next screen will allow you to tag someone and switch the contact to a Prospect automatically. The last option in Configure is to automatically assign the contact to a staff member if they respond to the campaign. HINT- You will need to ask the Customer Success Team to turn this option on.
Add/Remove Campaign
You can add and remove campaign inside of a campaign. There is a couple of options for using this feature. You could create a side campaign branch off the main campaign or have the contact go directly into a drip campaign after finishing the first campaign. You can create and design your own campaign how you want it.
