If you want to review the number of credits you have spent during a month, you can check the number of credits spent per credit type, the quantity of messages, and the credits used.
There is also a graph that makes it easier for you to compare the credit usage per credit type as a percentage.
The system allows you to export the reports in an Excel file so you can save the information on your computer.
To do so, you can go to your Report tab from your Left Menu. Under the Credits Report, you will see the Credit Usage.
Choose the period you want to review. You can also filter them by Type (All messages, SMS 1-to-1 messages, Campaign messages, Batch SMS, Outbound calls, SMS Staff, Notification on incoming call, and Notification of form submission)
You will see the overall total credit usage per credit type ( SMS 1-to-1 Messages, Campaign SMS Messages, Notification of Form Submission, Notification on inbound email, Notification on inbound text messages, Notification on incoming calls, Notification to assigned staff, and Notification to assigned staff on Automation), whichever are applicable in your location, and the exact number of messages for the chosen period.
A Graph on the right side can be shown as well for percentage comparison per credit type. This will give you an easier view of which credit type was most used for the chosen period.
Moreover, there is also a report below that'll give you an itemized report with a specific date within the period when the credit was used, the credit type, and the credit usage, which you can export to Excel.
