When adding new leads your email address may be considered as spam or it can get blocked by your contacts email carrier, here you have some tips to avoid that from happening:
Ask your contacts to save your location email in their email address book.
Have them mark your location emails as "Not Spam"
Have them mark your location email as important.
Tell your clients to create a filter in their email accounts to give access to the location email.
You can see your Location email in your Location Menu under the Settings and the Address. Here you have an example:
Here you have a list of different email carriers and the steps your contacts should follow to have your location email whitelisted:
AOL Mail
Open an email from the location email.
Go to Show Images and select “Always for this sender”
AT&T Webmail
Go to Mail Options, choose Filters and select Add Filter.
Go to From Header and click on Contains. Type your location email.
Click on the dropdown menu and choose the option “Move the message to” ----> Inbox.
Click Add Filter
Comcast SmartZone
Select Address Book
Click New ----> New Contact
Add a location email address.
Click Save
Cox Email
Go to Preferences.
Select General Email Preferences and click on Blocked Senders.
Type location email to the Exceptions list.
Click Add ----> Save.
EarthLink
Go to Address Book.
Click on the Add new contact option.
Enter the location email into the top Email box.
Click Save.
Gmail
Open a message from the location email.
Click on the arrow next to the reply option.
Select Add sender to contact list.
Hotmail
Open an email from the location email.
Select Mark as safe next to the From name and address.
Choose “Add contact.”
Mac Mail
Open a message from the location email.
Go to Message
Choose Add Sender to Address Book.
McAfee SpamKiller
Go to Friends and click Add.
Type the location email and click on OK.
MSN
Click on Help & Settings
Select Email Settings
Choose Safe List
Type the location email.
Click on Add
Thunderbird / Netscape 6 or 7
Open an email from the location email.
In the From field, right-click the email address.
Click the “Add to Address Book” link in the menu.
Hit the OK button.
NetZero
Go to Options ----> Safe List.
Enter the location email in the Add Address to Safe List option.
Click Add then click Save.
Norton AntiSpam
Go to the Status & Settings tab and click on AntiSpam.
Select the Configure option and choose the Allowed List tab.
Click Add and type the location email in the Email Address box.
Hit on OK.
Outlook Express 6
Open an email from the location email.
In the From field, right-click the email address.
Click on the Add to Address Book option.
Hit the OK button
Road Runner
Open Junk folder.
Select the location email.
Select the Mark as Not Spam option.
Spam Assassin
Look for your Spam Assassin folder. Click on the folder.
Open the file named “user_prefs” with a text editor or Notepad.
Make a new line with the text “whitelist_from” and type the location email.
Save the file.
Verizon
Go to Options and select Block Senders.
In the Safe List, type the location email.
Hit the OK option.
Windows Live
Open an email from the location email.
Click Mark as safe next to the From name and address.
Then, Add contact.
Yahoo!
Open an email from the location email.
Click Add contact next to the From name and address.
