If you want to check up on your staff members activity and see how they are using the system you can do so by going to your Staff menu:  

Once you enter the staff management section you select the staff member you want to check up on by clicking on the View button:    

When you enter the person's profile you can see the activity, in the top right corner, there is the option to have more information per page. In case you want to sort out the information in a different order you can click on the title for each column:
