You can add Staff members to your Fit Pro Tracker with different User Types depending on the role they have in your Facility.

On your Left menu, select Staff. This will bring you to Staff Management page. On the right end, click the Add Staff Member button.

Enter the email address of the Staff you want to add and then select the User Type either Owner, Manager, Staff or Trainer. Click the Invite Staff Member button.

The Staff member will receive an email link to log in to Fit Pro Tracker and set up his password.

Staff Management
This section will display the active Staff Member's Name, Email, Last Login, Access Type (User Type), Date Added and Action buttons. It will also show if the email was confirmed or not.

The Action buttons are:

  • Resend Invite button - click this button if you need to resend the invite email to the Staff member.

  • View button - click this button if you want to view the profile, access, activity and logging of the Staff member.

  • Revoke Access - click this button if you want to remove the access of the Staff member.

Staff Management (Revoked)
This section will display the inactive Staff members. They no longer have access to your Fit Pro Tracker. You can undo this by clicking the Activate Access button.
