In this guide, you’ll learn how to add notes to a client’s profile to record important information. You’ll also see how to Pin high-priority notes so they appear at the top of the Activity Feed, helping you keep track of key details efficiently.

  1. Go to the client’s Contact Profile, click on the Actions tab, and then select the Notes tab.


2. Enter the information you want to save in the text box, and check the Pin this note box if you want it to appear at the top of the Activity log.

You can also add a follow-up task when creating a note. Simply enable the toggle to add a follow-up task, select the action to be performed for the contact, schedule the task, and choose the staff member responsible for completing it, and it will go directly to their Dashboard.

Important Note: Pinned notes appear at the top, while regular notes are listed in chronological order based on their creation date.


You can choose to Pin or Unpin notes, making it easier to locate the information in the client’s Activity Feed.

If you’ve already created a note and want it to remain at the top of the client’s Activity Feed, simply locate it in the Activity log and Pin it. You can Unpin the note at any time if you no longer want it prioritized.
