If you decide to cancel the scheduled SMS and Email, there is a way to do that.
On the top bar, you'll see the notification icons on the far right, please select the clock icon for Schedule.
You can use the following filters:
Schedule By - select which staff member scheduled the action.
Message Status - select from Scheduled, Sent and Cancelled.
Message Type - either Sms or Email
Use the checkbox on the left to select which scheduled message you want to cancel and then click the Cancel Message button.
