Here are the steps for adding SMS to a campaign:
Step 1: Select a name for the action.
Step 2: Set up the Wait Days, Wait Hours, or Wait Minutes before the system carries the action.
Step 3: Write down the text, you can also use a template or insert files from your computer, attach links, and more.
Important Notes:
You have the option to "Override staff," and the system will substitute the tags with the selected staff. This will not send the message using the staff phone number or email address.
Please make sure to fill out the required fields. If the information is incomplete, a note will appear on top of the action box.
Once done, you can proceed to the next campaign action or click the Submit button to save the changes.
