You have the ability to schedule the date and time for when the Sms and Email will be send out.
Schedule an SMS
Go to contact profile and select the Communications tab and then select Sms tab. Type in the message and then you'll have the option to schedule the date and time the Sms will be sent.
Schedule an Email
Go to contact profile and select the Communications tab and then select Email tab. Type in the message and then you'll have the option to schedule the date and time the Email will be sent.
