There is an easy way to look for a contact information in your contact group lists, you can filter:
Contact group
Staff member the client is assigned to
Lead generator
Tags
Keyword
Make sure you click on "Apply Filter" after choosing the filters you would like.
You also have some dates to ease your search, you can also review day SMS and day Email.
