There are times when a specific contact needs to be assigned or unassigned to a staff member. This can help ensure proper task management and follow-up. There are two methods available to accomplish this:
Contact Profile
Go to the contact profile and click on the "Change" button under the Assigned To section on the Contact Card.
Then, search and select the name of the Staff member you'd like to be assigned to the contact to manage the account.
2. All Contacts Group
In the upper left corner of your screen, click on the "Contact Groups" tab (Beside the search bar). Then, navigate to the "All Contacts" page or select a specific contact group. This will display a list of contacts within that group. From there, you can choose the contact you wish to assign to a staff member.
Once you’ve selected the contact by checking the box next to their name, click the Assign Staff icon in the right-hand menu. From there, you can assign or unassign the contact to a staff member.
