When someone submits their information through a Meta lead form, their details are automatically imported into Fit Pro Tracker as a new lead contact. From there, businesses can trigger automations, assign staff members to follow up, apply tags, or add the lead to campaigns.
This feature helps ensure that every lead generated from social media advertising is captured and immediately ready for follow-up.

How to Set Up Social Leads
Before configuring the integration, it is important to note that the Social Leads feature may not be enabled by default.
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
To activate Social Leads:
Open the Fit Pro Tracker support chat.
Request that the Social Leads integration be enabled for your location.
Once activated by support, the feature will become available in your integrations.
Until the feature is enabled, the option may appear grayed out within the system.
Step 2: Access the Social Leads Integration
Once the feature has been enabled:
Navigate to Location Settings in Fit Pro Tracker.
Select Integrations.
Locate the Social Leads integration.
Click Manage to begin configuration.
The system will automatically display the Meta connection option, which is used to link your Facebook or Instagram advertising account.
Step 3: Connect Your Meta Account
To establish the connection with Meta:
Click Connect Meta.
You will be redirected to the Meta login page.
Sign in using the Facebook account that manages your business pages and lead ads.
After signing in and authorizing access, Fit Pro Tracker will display the connected Meta account within the integration settings.
From this screen, you will also be able to:
View connected Facebook pages
Access the lead forms associated with those pages
Disconnect the account if needed
Note: The Social Leads interface also includes an option for Google Ads, but this integration is currently under development and not yet available.
Configuring Lead Forms
Once your Meta account is connected, Fit Pro Tracker will display the lead forms associated with your advertising account.
Each form can be configured individually to determine how leads should be handled when they are submitted.

Assign a Lead Source
You can assign a lead source to each form. This helps identify where the lead originated and allows businesses to track the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns.

From that point forward, any leads generated through that form will follow the configuration you defined.

The Test option allows you to send test data through the lead form connection.
When test data is submitted:
Fit Pro Tracker receives the data.
A test contact is created as a new lead.
You can confirm that the form and automation settings are working correctly.
Testing ensures that leads will be captured properly once your ads begin running.
Viewing Ad Performance in Fit Pro Tracker
In addition to capturing leads, the Social Leads feature allows you to view Meta advertising performance data directly within Fit Pro Tracker.
The Ads Performance section displays available metrics for your connected ad accounts.
If you have multiple Meta ad accounts connected, you can switch between them within the interface.
You can also adjust the reporting timeframe using the date range selector.
