The Member Insights Report is designed to help you better understand your members by combining two powerful perspectives: Demographics and Geographic Reach. Together, these insights give you a clear picture of who your members are and where they’re coming from—so you can make smarter business decisions.
🔑 How to Access the Report
Go to the Reports tab in your left-hand menu.
Click on Member Insights.
Choose between the Demographics Report or the Geographic Reach Report.
🧑 Demographics Report
Focuses on who your members are.
📈 Data Enrichment %
Measures how complete your demographic data is. A high score means richer and more accurate targeting.
🎂 Birthdays
Shows how many members have a birthday recorded in the system.
This information helps determine age group distribution and identify trends across different life stages.
👤 Genders
Tracks how many members have their gender specified.
This makes it easier to understand gender balance within your member base.
📍 Addresses
Displays how many members have a full address on file.
Useful for geographic insights and planning targeted outreach.
🧬 Your Ideal Member Avatar
Automatically builds a profile of your most common or “ideal” member.
It combines age group, gender, ZIP code, and drive time to give you a clear picture of your core audience.

Visualized as a pie chart, showing the percentage of members by gender:

This helps identify your dominant gender group and balance across your membership.
📊 Age Groups
Displays a bar graph showing age ranges with gender breakdowns.
Helps you quickly spot trends such as which age groups are most active or growing.
🗺️ Top ZIP Codes
Highlights the ZIP codes where most of your members live.
This can guide marketing campaigns, outreach strategies, or future expansion opportunities.
🚗 Drive Time Distribution
Shows how far members travel to reach your location, broken down by drive time.
This helps you understand location accessibility and identify your primary service area.
📊 Data Confidence Breakdown
Measures the reliability of your member data, including birthdays, gender, addresses, and drive times.
This helps you know which data points are most complete and dependable for decision-making.
🌍 Geographic Reach Report
Focuses on where your members are coming from.

Displays the ZIP codes with the highest concentration of members.

Visual display of where your members are concentrated.
📌 ZIP/Postal Code Breakdown
Provides a detailed table of member counts by ZIP code.
Use this to easily compare high-performing areas with those that show opportunity for growth.
💡 Tip: Keep Member Profiles Complete
Encourage members to keep their profiles up to date with details like gender, birthday, and address.
You can update member data directly from each individual profile page.
Use the Contact List Report to view, filter, and export details such as genders, birthdays, and addresses.
Exporting to Excel makes it easy to work with the data and improve overall data enrichment for more accurate insights.
