We’ve added a new contact group called Staff to help you better organize and manage your staff contacts separately from members. This group is designed to work seamlessly alongside existing member groups.

πŸ”Ή What Is the "Staff" Contact Group?

The Staff group is a special contact group designed to hold team or internal contacts separately from other contact types.

πŸ”§ How to Enable the Staff Group

  1. Navigate to Settings > Location > Groups.

  2. Find the Staff Group checkbox.

  3. Click the box to enable the Staff group visibility for your location.

Note: By default, this option is disabled, so you must enable it manually to start using it.

βœ… Once enabled, the Staff contact group will appear in your contact group list.

πŸ‘€ Who Can Enable the Staff Contact Group Access?

Only users with the following access type can enable the access to Staff Contact group:

  • Owner access-type Staff members

  • Managerial access-type Staff members

πŸ‘₯ Staff Contact Group Metrics

The Staff Contact Group also includes metrics. Similar to Member Groups, you'll see helpful metric tiles that provide a quick snapshot of your staff contacts based on their status.

  • Scheduled– Staff contacts with primary memberships that are set to start soon.

  • Active – Staff Contacts with currently active primary memberships.

  • Paused – Staff Contacts whose primary memberships are temporarily paused.

  • Frozen – Staff Contacts with frozen primary memberships.

  • Inactive - Staff Contacts with no membership currently linked.

  • Unlinked – Staff Contacts with no billing profile

πŸ“Œ Clicking on any tile (except "Total") will take you directly to a filtered list of those Staff contacts.

πŸ“Œ The contact grid summary always reflects data based on Primary subscriptions.

Managing Staff Contacts

  • Use the "Add Contact" option on the Staff group grid to add new staff contacts.

  • The Staff group provides a dedicated space to manage staff, keeping them organized separately from members.

β€‹πŸ“Š Impact on KPI Reporting

Contacts assigned to the Staff group are excluded from KPI metrics and reporting. This ensures that internal team data does not interfere with performance statistics.

By organizing your staff contacts effectively, you can improve internal communication, streamline operations, and encourage stronger engagement with your clients.
