Outbound calls are a crucial aspect of the marketing funnel for any company, and we are glad to offer this feature to our customers.
However, we also understand that business needs and strategies can change, and you may no longer require the outbound calling feature. In that case, you have the option to cancel this feature at any time.
If you would like to cancel the outbound calling feature, just follow the steps below.
Step 1: On the left menu, select the Location tab and then click Settings.
Step 2: Click the Billing button.
Step 3: From the options on the third line, click the Add-ons button to show all available add-on options. You will then see the Remove Calling tab.
Step 4: Upon clicking, a prompt will appear where you need to type REMOVE to confirm the request. Click the Remove Addons button to proceed.
