We’ve rolled out an exciting update to make managing your contacts easier and more insightful than ever before! Whether you're checking in on active members, following up with trials, or organizing leads, these improvements will help you work faster and smarter.

From improved contact group sorting to detailed membership breakdowns and new filtering options—here’s everything you need to know:

🔄 Improved Contact Group Sorting

To streamline navigation, the “All” group has now been moved to the bottom of the dropdown list in the Contact Groups menu. This small but meaningful change makes it easier to focus on the groups you use most—like Leads, Trials, and Members—without having to scroll past “All” each time.

📊 New Membership Metrics for Trials and Members

You’ll now see helpful metric tiles when viewing Trials or Members groups. These tiles give you a quick snapshot of your contacts based on their membership status:

  • Scheduled– Contacts with primary memberships that are set to start soon.

  • Active – Contacts with currently active primary memberships.

  • Paused – Contacts whose primary memberships are temporarily paused.

  • Expired – Contacts whose memberships have already ended.

  • Frozen – Contacts with frozen primary memberships.

  • Unlinked – Contacts with no membership currently linked.

💡 Clicking on the tile (except for "Total") will take you directly to the filtered list of those contacts.

💡The summary on the contacts grid is always looking for Primary subscriptions

✅ Why This Matters: Benefits to You

  • Quick Access to Key Segments – Instantly identify who needs attention (e.g., paused or expiring soon).

  • Faster Follow-Ups – No more digging through lists—just click a tile to get a targeted contact list.

  • Better Planning – See how many memberships are about to start and adjust staffing or marketing accordingly.

  • Improved Retention – Proactively re-engage expired or unlinked contacts before they fall off the radar.

🧩 New Filters: Narrow Down Your Search

We’ve also introduced new filter options to give you more control when viewing contacts:

  • Active Membership – Quickly pull up only those with active membership.

  • Membership History – View contacts with previous memberships, even if they’ve expired.

  • Primary Membership – Filter by the main membership type tied to a contact.

  • Status - Sort contacts by the current status of their membership

These enhancements are designed to help you stay organized, boost engagement, and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
