We’ve added a new report under the Retail section in the Reports tab—Items on Cart. This report helps you track clients who have items left in their cart and monitor any issues that may arise during payment attempts.
📍 Where to Find It
Go to the Reports section.
Select the Retail tab.
Click View Report under Items on Cart.
📊 Report Overview
The Items on Cart report provides a detailed view of:
Clients who have items saved in their cart.
Attempts made to process those items.
Any payment errors encountered.
Here’s what you’ll see in the report:
Column | Description |
Member's Name | Name of the client who added items to the cart. |
Date Added | The date and time the most recent item was added to the cart. |
Amount | Total dollar value of the items in the cart. |
Payment Method | The masked card or ACH used for the attempt (e.g., Visa ending in 1111). |
Details | If the payment failed, this column will display the error that was thrown. |
🔍 Filters Available
To narrow down your results, use the filters at the top of the page:
Date Range – Filter by when items were added to the cart.
Member Name – Search by a specific client’s name.
📤 Export Option
You can also export the full report to Excel for offline review or auditing purposes by clicking the Export to Excel icon.
This new report provides greater transparency into abandoned carts and payment failures, helping you follow up with clients more effectively and troubleshoot issues faster.
