The Trials Report in Fit Pro Tracker is designed to give you an overview of all the active trial memberships in your system. This report helps you manage and track trial memberships, ensuring you have complete visibility of their status, payment history, and key details.
With information on membership names, start and end dates, billing cycles, and more, the Trials Report ensures you stay on top of all your trial clients.
To access the report, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: On the left menu, select the Reports tab, then Billing.
Step 2: On Trials, click the View Report button.
Key Details Included in the Trials Report
When you generate the Trials Report, you’ll receive the following essential information:
Customer. See the specific list of clients that have a Trial Membership
Membership Name: See the specific membership plan associated with each trial, helping you track which trial offerings are active.
Start and End Dates: Easily track when each trial began and when it is scheduled to end, helping you manage trial expiration and conversion opportunities.
Payment Date: View the date of the payment associated with the trial, if applicable, to ensure all financial records are up to date.
Membership Status: Quickly see the current status of the trial membership (e.g., active, pending cancellation).
Billing Cycle Type: Understand the type of billing cycle associated with the trial (e.g., weekly, monthly), which can help with converting trials into regular memberships.
Important Note: All membership that has the EFT toggle disabled will show in this report.
Exporting Your Trials Report
Like other Fit Pro Tracker reports, the Trials Report can be exported to an Excel file for documentation, analysis, or sharing with your team. Simply click the Export to Excel button, and the report will be downloaded for further use.
