WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW?

We have made updates to the Fit Pro Tracker system to establish a Notification Center, which functions as a central location for all the settings related to notifications that can be or cannot be received. This will help both owners and staff members track the notifications they can receive more effectively.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

The primary goal of this update is to centralize all notification preferences in one place for simpler monitoring by all individuals at the location. Furthermore, the Notification Center empowers owners to establish a more comprehensive notification system by selecting additional recipients beyond just the assigned staff to be informed of any activity within the facility. This allows for better management of staying updated on the progress of a client's life cycle.

WHAT WAS IN THE OLD USER INTERFACE?

Prior to this update, you could access your notification settings and setup through these two (2) options:

Option 1: Go to your profile and click the Notification tab.

Option 2: On the left menu, go to Locations and then Settings. Under Settings, click the Notifications tab.

With the newest update, all the notification settings intended for both owners and managers, and staff members are now located in one spot in the system.

HOW TO ACCESS THE NOTIFICATION CENTER?

To access this, kindly refer to the steps below:

On the left menu, select the Location tab and then click Notification Center.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OF THE 2 TABS?

In here, you can see two (2) tabs: System Notifications and My Notifications.

In the System Notifications, you can see all the following notification settings intended for the control of owners and managers.

If you are an owner or manager, this will display all the notifications that you can turn on or off, customize, and assign to groups of individual staff members.

This tab will display all the following settings that are turned on or off by the location’s owners and managers. If you are a staff member, you will have visibility access to the following notification settings:

  • Inbound Email - can be notified through Email, SMS, and/or Mobile Push

  • Inbound SMS - can be notified through Email, SMS, and/or Mobile Push

  • Submitted Forms - can be notified through Email and/or SMS

  • Submitted Digital Documents - can be notified through Email only

  • Checkout - can be notified through Email only

  • Call - can be notified through Email and/or SMS

  • New Leads - can be notified through Email only

On the other tab, My Notifications, it will display all the following notification settings that were previously present on your user profile from the old notification settings tab, and the ones you can access and change on an individual user level as a staff member:

  • Inbound Email - can be notified through Email, SMS, and/or Mobile Push

  • Inbound SMS - can be notified through Email, SMS, and/or Mobile Push

  • Submitted Forms - can be notified through Email and/or SMS

  • Submitted Digital Documents - can be notified through Email only

  • Checkout - can be notified through Email only

  • Call - can be notified through Email and/or SMS

  • Assigned Contact - can be notified through Email and/or SMS

  • Direct Message - can be notified through Mobile Push only

The Notification Center in the Fit Pro Tracker system serves as a vital tool for effective communication within fitness facilities. By centralizing all notification settings for staff members and owners and managers, it ensures that everyone stays informed about important updates, facilitates each other’s task delegation, and promotes collaboration among team members.
