Franchisee's Journeys update

The notion of achieving high lead conversion is one of the top priorities of any company. The goal of lead conversion is to transform prospective customers’ initial interest into opportunities to acquire their loyalty. To do so, an easy-to-access system that will enable the business to generate leads, and all the information that comes with it, will be of great value.

In this documentation, we will be discussing the various updates in the Lead Integration Automation infused in the Fit Pro Tracker system.

Franchisee’s Journeys - User Interface

With the latest update, the journey page for franchisees will now be split into two sections: My Leads and My External Leads.

  • My Leads - This will contain the journeys they created from the leads on their location level.

  • My External Leads - This will contain the journeys they have created where the leads were received from the different organizations they belong to.

Franchisee’s Journeys - My External Leads setup

Upon clicking the My External Leads button, you will be shown a new view displaying two tabs: Information and Automation.

  • Information - This will contain the instructions provided by the owner of the lead (the franchisor).

  • Automations - This will contain the automations for leads received from the organizational level.


    Aside from the common automations, automations for sending one-time email, sending one-time SMS, and staff options are created and are under this tab.

    It is also important to note that the values filled out by the owner or by HQ can be overridden by the franchisee or authorized personnel from the location.
