New customer purchases indicate the marketability of the company. On the other hand, gaining repeat business from current customers speaks volumes about the company's high-quality product and service offerings.

The most recent billing automation function in Fit Pro Tracker would be a fantastic tool to help you achieve the latter. Basically, the system will check active memberships daily per location and validate which ones are about to expire. With the new functionality, you can keep track of memberships and/or trials that are going to expire in 30, 14, and 7 days and you can set up a follow-up campaign that suits your preferences.

Here's how to set up the automation:

Step 1: On the left menu, select the Automation tab and then click Automation Management.

Step 2: Click New Automation button.

Step 3: Type in the name of the automation.

Step 4: For the source, select Fit Pro Tracker.

Step 5: On the next tab, select Memberships.

Step 6: Click the Add Action button.

Step 7: For the name and target, select the actions from the options in the dropdown menu.

Step 8: To save the automation, click the Save button. An Added Action Successfully notification will show once you Click on the Save button.

By establishing a well-defined billing automation system on memberships and trials that are about to expire, businesses can curate the best campaigns to run in advance in order to maximize repeat business from clients.
