The report formerly known as Transactions in the Membership Billing menu has been renamed and is now referred to as Invoices or Invoice Report.
The new Invoice Report will provide users with a comprehensive overview of all their financial activities. It will cover all transactions of payments, credits, and declines that are allocated to the invoices.

This report mirrors the invoice details found in the contact profile Activity Summary, Billing tab.
As with all of the reports within Fit Pro Tracker, there is a button that allows you to Export to Excel.
Past due invoices are noted with a negative balance in red. You may resolve the past due invoices directly from the invoice report.
To process a payment, click the card icon on the far right of the invoice details grid.
Clicking the icon will bring up a payment window where you can easily review and edit the payment details as well as process the payment to the past due invoice.
If the payment is processed successfully, it will change to a paid status on the Invoice Report. If the payment fails, you will receive a notification as to why the payment failed and it will remain in a past due status.
In case you need to cancel the past due invoice, you can click the cancel invoice icon on the far right-hand side of the invoice details.
This will pull up a cancel invoice window where you can add or edit the cancel invoice details.
