📱 Send a Digital Document via SMS

Option 1: Through the Communications Tab

  1. Go to the client’s Contact Profile

  2. Click Communications

  3. Select SMS

  4. Click Select Digital Document

  5. Choose your document

  6. Add your message

  7. Click Send or Schedule

Option 2: Through the Actions Tab

  1. Go to Contact Profile

  2. Click Actions

  3. Select Document Library

  4. Click the SMS icon

  5. Select the document you want to send

  6. Click Send

Option 1: Through the Communications Tab

  1. Go to Contact Profile

  2. Click Communications

  3. Select Email

  4. Click Select Digital Document

  5. Choose the document you want to send

  6. Add your message

  7. Click Send or Schedule

Option 2: Through the Actions Tab

  1. Go to Contact Profile

  2. Click Actions

  3. Select Document Library

  4. Click the Email icon

  5. Select the document you want to send

  6. Click Send

  1. Go to Contact Groups

  2. Click BatchBatch SMS

  3. Select the digital document you want to send

  4. Add your message

  5. Click Send Batch SMS

After you have selected the template URL, there will be a message in red that says, "The message lacks the merge tag {{documentUrl}}. Please add it to send this document.” You just have to click on Select Digital Document tab and select the document you want to populate in the placeholder URL.

📧 Send Batch Email

  1. Go to Contact Groups

  2. Click BatchBatch Email

  3. Select the digital document you want to send

  4. Add your message

  5. Click Send Batch Email
