Adding and Sending Digital Documents through a Campaign

The SMS and Email templates can also be used in other ways within a campaign. You will be able to send Digital Documents via the campaign with this functionality.

To send those templates, first go to Campaigns Management and create a new campaign using the SMS and Email templates you created and customized in the template section on your Location menu.

In a campaign, you can use your SMS and Email templates as follows:

  1. Select Campaigns Management under Campaigns on the left menu.

  2. Click the Build New Campaign button.

3. On the Campaign Builder, enter the Campaign Name.

4. Click the + sign icon to start adding the SMS and Email templates for Digital Documents

5. For SMS action, click the SMS load template. Search for the name of the template and click on it.

6. After choosing the SMS template, select which digital document you want to populate in the placeholder URL by clicking the Select Digital Document button.

After you have selected the Digital Documents, your SMS action is ready.

7. For Email action, click the Email load template. Search for the name of the template and click on it.

8. After choosing the Email template, select which digital document you want to populate in the placeholder URL by clicking the Select Digital Document button.

Once you have selected the Digital Documents, your Email action is ready.

You can save your campaign after adding the SMS and Email templates with Digital Documents. Your campaign is ready to be sent to your contacts.
