The Fit Pro Tracker team has innovated a Staff App for iOS and Android users. This Staff App serves as a valuable asset for monitoring pending tasks, appointments, and birthdays of all your contacts. Additionally, the app facilitates direct access to emails and SMS sent by contacts, as well as a searchable list of all contact group information and activities.

You can use the Staff App to send one-to-one emails and text messages, create follow-up tasks, and schedule client appointments! You can also regularly check and respond to email and SMS messages.

To get the Staff App, search for "Fit Pro Tracker Staff" in the Play Store or App Store. Click on this link for your guide on how to download it.

The iOS & Android interfaces for this app are user-friendly and don't have much difference as you'll see in the illustrations below:

2. Dashboard

When you log in to your Staff App, you must use your Fit Pro Tracker email and password account. Keep in mind that your password must be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one of the following characters: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a non-alphanumeric character. If you do not enter the correct information, an error message stating "The email address or password is incorrect" will show.

You will be directed to the Dashboard once you have successfully logged in to your account.

On your Dashboard, you’ll see the three following sections:

  1. DASHBOARD

You can access your contacts' assigned tasks, scheduled appointments, and past, current, and upcoming birthdays on the Dashboard. You can also check here to see if your clients sent any emails or SMS messages. Your Dashboard will also show the total number of contacts in your location, as well as a breakdown of each group.

2. CONTACTS

When you select the Contacts menu, you will see the following options:

  • All contacts

  • Leads

  • Prospects

  • Trials

  • Members

  • Past

You can easily view the names under each contact group by selecting these options. Click the filter icon in the upper right corner of the screen to view your contacts according to their assigned staff and tags.

In your Contacts section, when you swipe the name to the left, you can do either of the following actions given that they have an active email and SMS number.

  1. Send an email. You can select an email template by clicking on the Templates section. Do not forget to enter your subject before sending the email to your contact.

2. View and send SMS. You can view your inbox and send SMS by typing in your message to your client.

3. Checking email, follow-up tasks, scheduled appointments, and direct messages

If you want to search for a specific contact profile to check his/her account, you can simply enter the name on the search bar.

After you click on the name, you will be directed to the profile of your contact where you can see the following details:

  • Email address

  • Date and Time

  • Activity Feed

  • Actions (Email, Message, Follow Up Task, Scheduled Appointments, Direct Message)

  • Personal Info

On your contact’s profile, you can do the following actions:

  1. Check the Activity Feed

2. Send an Email

3. View and send SMS messages

4. Check and Add Follow Up Task

5. Check the scheduled appointments

6. Send a direct message

C. STAFF PROFILE

In the Profile section, you can see the email address, contact number and time zone of the staff.

You also have the ability to view the following tabs:

  • Assigned tasks

  • Appointments

  • Messages

  • Email

  • Birthdays

The details mentioned above are for all the contacts that are assigned to the staff.

Click on the main menu in the upper left corner of the screen and you will see the Dashboard, Choose Location and Sign out options.

With this Mobile Staff App, you can communicate with your assigned contact more easily and you will be able to contact them whenever and wherever you want!
