There’s an easy way to check your members' engagement and committed sessions on a regular basis to ensure they are getting in the suggested number of workouts per week.

With the newly added report in the Session Attendance, the Booked Sessions by Contact Report will allow the staff to check how many sessions a contact or a group of contact has scheduled for a certain time range.

To check the Booked Sessions by Contact Report, go to the left menu and select the Attendance Session. Then, click on Reports and the View Report of the Booked Sessions by Contact.

This report has the following filters:

  1. Number of Sessions. You can select less than, more than, and between a certain number of booked sessions that you would want to check. Click the arrows to select the number of each session or just type in the number.

2. Date Range. This filter allows you to see the number of sessions a contact has booked or waitlisted for a certain time range. Upon opening the report, it will default to the current week. You can also see the list for next week and 3 months in the future.

3. Assigned Coach. You can filter the report according to the coach to whom your contacts are assigned. Upon opening the report, it will default to the user as the assigned staff. To use this filter, click the box to select the coach that is assigned to your clients.

4. Membership. To filter according to memberships, simply click on the box and a drop-down will automatically populate all memberships. Click on the one that you want to use.

5. Tags. The report can also be filtered using tags. You can select the specific tag when you click the box.

6. Trials/Members. The report will only show you Trials and Members.
To select if it is for trials, members or, trials and members, click the appropriate box.

You also have the option on filter to exclude the following:

a. contacts with scheduled freeze, pause, or cancellations

b. subscriptions that are currently frozen or paused

The report allows you to see how active your contacts are in booking sessions. It allows you to identify who is not booking as they should, and you can reach out to them by sending batch email or batch sms.

These are the following information that you can see on the list of the Booked Session by Contact:

  • Member’s Name

  • Tags

  • Membership Type

  • Membership Status

  • Status

  • Number of Booked Sessions

  • Number of Waitlisted

  • Coach’s Name

  • Date of Last Check-in

Like the other reports, you can export the report to Excel.
