Campaign Action: SMS Staff

The Fit Pro Tracker team enhanced the functionality of Campaigns by adding a new action to its already robust set of actions.

The newly added action, SMS Staff, allows you to send SMS to specific staff members and help them be reminded of the action/task they are required to undertake in the campaign.

Important Note: Please make sure that staff has working phone numbers in their profile

With this functionality, reminders, and accountability are easily included in the campaign's series of actions.

In the Campaign Builder, SMS Staff is added just like other campaign actions.

1. Like the rest of the actions, you have to set its waiting day and time.

2. a. You have the option to choose the staff to whom the SMS Staff will be sent.

b. If no staff member is selected, SMS Staff will be sent to the staff assigned to the contacts in the campaign.

c. If there is no Assigned Staff, it will be sent to the location number.

Important Note: The number of SMS Staff will receive as many as the number of contacts added to the campaigns.

3. Like SMS, the SMS Countertool is also available just below the text box so that you will be guided on the number of characters and credits you have used.

SMS Staff in the Campaign Legend

The SMS Staff action is easily identified in Campaign Legend as reflected in the Campaigns Management, Campaign Dashboard, and Contact’s profile.

This gives you an easy reference in checking the number of SMS Staff action in a campaign and also the action’s status.

Credit Usage

SMS Staff’s credit usage is tracked by the system and is shown in the Credit Usage under FPT Billing Reports.

Note: FPT Billing can be accessed by clicking on your profile picture on the upper right and then clicking on the Billing tab.
