The Fit ProTracker app now has the ability to create and send digital documents.

The gym owners and staff have an efficient method of creating and sending digital documents to their members via email and SMS.

Here are the different options for sending digital documents:

A. Send to 1 Client via email

  1. Enter the client's name into the search bar.

2. From the Actions menu, select Document Library. To send a document, click the email icon.

3. Click the Send button.

Important Note: A digital document cannot be viewed by clicking the document link in a draft email. Once the email is sent, the link will take you to the document.

B. Send to 1 Client via SMS

  1. Enter the client's name into the search bar.

2. From the Actions menu, select Document Library. To send a document, click the message icon.

3. Click the Send button.

There’s some verbiage already available in the box and you can edit the message the way you want it. You can send it right away or you can schedule it.

Then, if you want to reassign your client's digital document to another staff, select the name from the dropdown menu. Staff will be notified if their notifications are enabled. When the client completes and submits the form, they will be notified.

Once the document has been sent, it will display who sent it, who the staff member is, and when it was sent.

C. Send Batch Email (multiple contacts)

  1. Select the name of the group from your contacts in the search bar.

2. Tick the box next to Contacts or choose which members you want to send the email to.

3. Click the Batch button and select Batch Email.

4. Click the Add Digital Document to select the specific document you need.

5. Type the Subject of your email. Then, press Send Batch Email.

Important Note: Contacts under the Archive and Past groups cannot fill out the digital documents. They would need to be moved to an active contact group.
