This feature displays a list of your members arranged by contact group.
To see the Contact's birthdays list, go to the Dashboard.
On this Contact's Birthday, you will see the following:
Contact Groups
Leads
Members
Trials
Prospects
Past
Date Filter
Past 7 days
Today
Next 30 Days
To view a specific contact group, simply click the button. When you select Leads, the list will populate with all of the members.
Repeat the process with the other contact groups to see the other list.
To see the complete list of members, click the 30 Day Report button.
The Birthday Report list with a specific contact group will show you the following information:
Contact (First and Last Name)
Group
Birthdate
Age
You can export the birthday report to Excel if you want more information.
