POS: Purchasing and Paying with Different Methods for Existing Clients

The existing clients have the option of using various payment methods when purchasing products

Fit Pro Tracker has improved the Point of Sales Feature to continuously help your business.

Go to the left side panel to purchase the product (s) of your client. Select the POS tab from the Retail Menu.

Choose the product or item of your client. You can select from the top-level categories or from the displayed items in the middle.

The total amount of the products is shown on the right side. Once you have finished adding the product(s) to the cart, click the Checkout button.

You will be directed to this page. Guest clients will be able to complete the necessary purchase transaction smoothly with the help of the different options below.

  • Select Customer (Guest or Existing Client)

  • Payment Method (Cash, Credit Card, or Terminal)

  • Review Items (Items purchased)

  • Continue Shopping (If you want to add more products)

  • Order Summary

In the POS Cart, existing clients can pay for the products in various ways. The user can toggle between the payment methods with CASH and CREDIT CARD.

Here are the options you have for the client based on the payment method.

For Existing Client Paying Cash

  1. Click on Search Existing Client to find the name.

  2. Select the Cash payment method. Enter the tendered amount.

  3. Review your items/products before completing your transaction.

  4. Click the Complete Order when you’re finished.

For Existing Client Paying with Credit Card

  1. Click on Search Existing Client to find the name.

  2. Select the Credit Card payment method and select from one of the payment options the client has on file. This includes ACH.

  3. Review your items/products before completing your transaction.

  4. Click the Complete Order when you’re finished.

Important Note: To send a copy of the receipt to the customer, toggle the Send Receipt button.

For Existing Client Paying Cash and Credit Card

  1. Click on Search Existing Client to find the name of the client.

  2. Select the Cash and Credit Card payment methods. Enter the cash amount and select from one of the payment options the client has on file. This includes ACH.

  3. Review your items/products before completing your transaction.

  4. Click the Complete Order when you’re finished.

Existing clients can choose from a variety of payment methods, making it simple to purchase products.
