Primary Membership

Primary Membership is a new feature in Billing Management under the Subscription tab. This will be the main membership of a customer aside from the membership add-ons. The primary membership will always display on the top.

Each membership will now have a toggle switch to select the Primary Membership. For existing clients, the system selects the oldest active membership as the primary. And for new clients, it will be the first membership added, however this can be switched around.

Important Information:

  • If the primary membership expires or is cancelled the system will select the next oldest active subscription available.

  • If the primary membership was put on freeze or pause, it will not affect the primary status of the membership.

  • The Booking Policies will respect the primary membership select booking policy.

  • In case the system did not select a primary membership or has selected multiple primary memberships, please contact support to report the bug.
