While you have the option to add phone numbers for your location, you also have the option to delete them whenever you want.
Delete existing extra number
Click on your profile picture on the upper right corner and select the Numbers tab.
In the Numbers tab, you will see all your phone numbers and their assigned name, the status, and actions that can be performed. Click on the Settings tab next to the number you want to delete.
After clicking the Settings tab, a pop-up window will show where you would need to scroll all the way down to the Danger Zone section. You will then see the Delete Number option.
A confirmation window will pop up, notice the number you are deleting and then type REMOVE in capital letters and then click Remove SMS Number button.
Important Notes:
The Main/global number cannot be deleted.
You can reassign the main/global number to the desired phone number that you prefer.
Delete extra numbers that haven't been set up
Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select the Numbers tab.
Under the FPT Billing tab, go to the Add-ons tab. Under Cancel/Remove Addons, click the Unused Credit button.
A confirmation window will pop up; type REMOVE in capital letters and then click the Remove Addons button.
