How to Create In The Resource Vault
The Resource Vault is a great option for providing additional resources to clients. You can add videos and documents and select which individuals have access to the content, which makes for a great add-on and bonus for clients.
Go to the left menu and click on Resource Vault.
Click on the Create a New Resource button to get started.
3. Enter the name of the resource. Then, click on the Submit button.
4. Choose an image or an icon and a color for the Tile Builder.
Important Note: An icon or image is required so you can update or save your template.
Option 1: Choose an image.
Option 2: Choose an icon and color.
5. Click the Add Subject button and enter the name of the subject. After adding the subject, the Save button will become clickable, and you may save it as it is, but the page will show you "Select a Topic to edit".
6. If you want to add a topic, you can click on the Two Opposite Arrows button, and it will not only allow you to add a topic, but it will also show you the list of the topics you have previously created.
7. Once you've added the topic, you can click on the Edit Topic button, and it will show you more options such as Load a Text Template, a Document Template, a Video Template, and Load Asset. Once you're done editing, click on the Save button.
How To Send Resource Vault in Two Ways
Sending the Resource to One Member/Trial At A Time
Go to Contact Profile and select the Actions button.
Click on the Resource Vault Tab
Select the Resource you would like to share by clicking the box in the Share column
2. Sending to Batch (Multiple Members/Trials)
Select Multiple Members/Trials and click the Batch (Blue Button)
Select Batch Resource and select the Resource that you would like to share
Select Share
Once shared, the clients will be able to see the shared items through the Booking App under Resources.
