The Batching Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring and managing all batch communications, including both SMS and email campaigns. From this screen, you can view batches that are scheduled, in progress, completed, or failed, giving you full visibility into your messaging activity at every stage.
It provides a clear, organized overview of each batch, including who created it, when it was scheduled, and how many messages were successfully processed. With built-in filters and search options, you can quickly locate specific batches and review their performance, making it easier to track results and identify any issues.
π How to Access the Batching Dashboard
To open the Batching Dashboard:
Navigate to the Messages menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
Select Batching Dashboard from the available options.

Viewing Batch Details
At the top of the screen, youβll find quick status tabs that categorize batches:
All β Displays every batch created
Scheduled β Batches set to run at a future time
In Progress β Batches currently being processed
Completed β Successfully finished batches
Failed β Batches that encountered errors
Filters and Search
A filter section allows you to easily locate specific batches:
Search bar β Find batches by name or ID
Status filter β Narrow results by current batch status
Type filter β Filter by SMS or Email batches
Created By β View batches created by specific users
Refresh icon β Reload the latest data
Batch List
The main table displays all batches with key details:
Name β Batch identifier (clickable for more details)
Type β Communication method (SMS or Email)
Status β Current state of the batch (e.g., Completed)
User β Person who created the batch
Created β When the batch was created
Scheduled β When the batch was set to run
Processed β Progress indicator showing how many messages were successfully sent
Progress Indicators
Each batch includes a visual progress bar:
Green β Fully completed (e.g., 19/19)
Orange β Partially completed
Red β Failed or not processed
Actions
Each row includes a menu (three dots) for additional actions, such as viewing details or managing the batch.
Batch Details View
When you click on a batch from the Batching Dashboard, you are taken to the Batch Summary page. This view provides a detailed breakdown of the selected batch, allowing you to review its performance and overall setup.
At the top of the screen, youβll see key information about the batch, including:
Batch name/ID and current status (e.g., Completed)
Channel used (SMS or Email)
Date and time the batch was sent or processed
Key Metrics
Just below the header, a set of summary cards highlights important metrics:
Total Recipients β Number of contacts included in the batch
Delivered β Number of successfully delivered messages
Members β Total members associated with the batch
These metrics provide a quick snapshot of the batchβs performance.
Content
The Content section displays the details of what was sent in the batch. This includes relevant information such as the sender, subject (for emails), and the body of the message. This section helps you review and confirm the information that was delivered to recipients.
Overall, the Batching Dashboard and Batch Summary views work together to give you complete control and visibility over your communication campaigns. From high-level monitoring to detailed message review, you can easily track performance, verify content, and address any issues that arise.
