You can always check your calendar in the middle of your dashboard or you can also check it from the calendar icon on the top right corner of your FPT page.
The calendar shows different time periods according to your needs. You can filter it by day, week, month, agenda, or timeline.
The staff that would show up in the Appointment page are only those staff with assigned appointments within 30 days and past 30 days.
