Inbox (Beta): Your Daily Command Center for Tasks and Communications

Written by Raniza Seprado

Managing customer communications and daily tasks shouldn't require jumping between multiple screens. That's why we've introduced the new Inbox, a centralized workspace designed to help your team stay organized, respond faster, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Currently available in Beta, Inbox brings together your outstanding communications and tasks into one convenient location, making it easier than ever to prioritize your work and keep your day on track.

As we continue to improve this feature, we encourage all clients to share their feedback. If you have suggestions or encounter any issues while using Inbox, please reach out to our Support Team—we'd love to hear from you.

What is the Inbox?

The Inbox is a centralized dashboard that displays all of your outstanding communications and tasks in one place. Rather than switching between SMS, Emails, Calls, and Tasks, everything that requires your attention is presented in a single, organized view.

The goal is simple: help your team work more efficiently by making it easy to see what needs to be done today.

By keeping all outstanding work together, your team can spend less time searching and more time responding to customers and completing tasks.

What Appears in the Inbox?

The Inbox displays any communication or task that has not been handled within the last 14 days, including:

  • SMS conversations

  • Emails

  • Phone calls

  • Tasks

This gives you a complete overview of outstanding work without having to navigate through different modules.

Everything You Need, All in One Place

Inbox is designed to become your team's starting point each day.

From a single screen, you can:

  • Reply to SMS messages

  • Respond to emails

  • Review client calls

  • Complete assigned tasks

  • Mark work as done

  • Open communications for more details

Having every outstanding interaction in one location reduces unnecessary navigation and helps teams stay focused on what matters most—serving customers.

Work Across Your Entire Team

Inbox isn't limited to your own work.

Using the filters at the top of the page, you can quickly switch between:

  • Your own Inbox

  • Unassigned contacts

  • All Users

  • Contact Groups

This makes collaboration much easier when another team member is unavailable or simply needs assistance.

For example, if a staff member is away for the day, another employee can switch to All Users, view their outstanding communications, and continue assisting customers without delay. No customer has to wait simply because someone is out of the office.

Snooze Tasks and Communications

Not every task needs immediate attention.

If you're unable to respond right away, Inbox allows you to Snooze the item and return to it later.

Choose from several quick options such as:

  • In 1 hour

  • In 3 hours

  • Tomorrow morning

  • Tomorrow afternoon

  • Next week

  • Pick a custom date and time

Once an item is snoozed, it is moved to the Future section. You'll be able to view it there at any time, even before the selected snooze date and time has been reached.

This helps keep your active Inbox focused on work that requires immediate attention while ensuring future follow-ups aren't forgotten.

Real-World Use Cases

Never Miss a Sales Opportunity

A new lead sends an SMS asking about your services while you're in a meeting.

Instead of leaving the message unread, simply snooze it for one hour. Once your meeting is over, the conversation returns to your Inbox, reminding you to follow up while the lead is still engaged.

Stay Organized During Busy Days

Your morning starts with several missed calls, emails, and tasks.

Rather than checking each module individually, open Inbox to immediately see everything requiring attention. Work through each item from one screen and quickly clear your daily workload.

Help Your Team

One of your colleagues is out sick.

Instead of wondering who still needs assistance, switch to All Users, review their outstanding communications, and respond on their behalf. Customers continue receiving excellent service without interruption.

Schedule Follow-Ups

You're waiting for a supplier to provide pricing before responding to your customer.

Instead of keeping the communication sitting in your active Inbox, snooze it until tomorrow morning. The reminder will automatically return when it's time to follow up.

Increase Productivity

Inbox simplifies your workflow by eliminating the need to constantly move between different parts of the system.

Teams benefit from:

  • One place for all outstanding work

  • Faster navigation

  • Clear daily priorities

  • Reduced distractions

  • Better organization

  • Easier collaboration

  • Fewer forgotten follow-ups

When every employee starts their day in Inbox, work becomes more structured and significantly easier to manage.

Increase Revenue Through Better Follow-Up

Timely communication plays a major role in customer satisfaction and business growth.

Inbox helps improve your bottom line by making sure every opportunity receives the attention it deserves.

Respond Faster

The sooner your team responds to inquiries, the greater the chance of converting prospects into customers.

Prevent Lost Leads

Outstanding communications remain visible until they are completed, reducing the likelihood of forgotten emails, missed calls, or unanswered SMS messages.

Improve Customer Satisfaction

Customers appreciate timely responses. Faster communication builds trust, improves the customer experience, and encourages repeat business.

Increase Team Efficiency

By spending less time searching for work, your staff spends more time helping customers, booking appointments, and closing sales.

Create Better Accountability

Managers and team members have greater visibility into outstanding work, making it easier to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Over time, these small efficiency gains can result in more completed follow-ups, higher customer retention, and increased revenue.

Best Practices

To get the most value from Inbox:

  • Make Inbox your first stop every morning.

  • Complete tasks and communications as soon as possible.

  • Snooze items you can't address immediately instead of leaving them pending.

  • Review the Future section regularly to stay on top of scheduled follow-ups.

  • Use All Users when helping teammates or covering staff absences.

  • Mark completed work as Done to keep your Inbox clean and focused.
