Favorites in the Left Menu

Fit Pro Tracker’s Left Menu includes multiple sections like Messages, Membership Billing, Retail, Automation, Session Attendance, Campaigns, Digital Documents, Staff, Booking, Reports, Location, and My Journeys—each with its own set of tools.

With the new Favorites feature, you can now star any of these existing menu items and have them appear at the top of your menu for quick and easy access.

What This Feature Does & Why It Helps You

The Favorites feature allows you to pin frequently used menu items—such as SMS, Invoices, POS, Check Ins, Campaign Dashboard, or KPI Center—and access them instantly from the top of the Left Menu. Instead of navigating through multiple sections every time, you create a shortcut layer that reflects how you actually use Fit Pro Tracker.

This means that items typically found under sections like Messages → SMS, Session Attendance → Check Ins, Retail → POS, or Campaigns → Campaign Dashboard can now live in one centralized place, always visible and ready to use.

Fit Pro Tracker is designed to give you access to a wide range of powerful tools across different sections. The Favorites feature enhances that experience by letting you bring your most-used items to the forefront—so you can move through your daily tasks more efficiently, stay focused on what matters most, and navigate the platform in a way that feels natural to you.

  • Faster Navigation Across Menu Sections
Fit Pro Tracker has multiple sections like Messages, Membership Billing, Retail, Automation, Session Attendance, Campaigns, and Location. While this structure keeps things organized, it can slow you down when you’re repeatedly moving between them. Favorites eliminates that friction by bringing your most-used items together at the top.

  • Less Repetitive Clicking Throughout the Day
Tasks like sending an Email, reviewing Invoices, processing a sale in POS, or checking Booking Policies are often done multiple times a day. Instead of repeating the same navigation path, Favorites reduces those steps to a single click—saving time that adds up quickly.

  • Better Focus on Daily Priorities
When you log in, you don’t need to scan through sections like Retail, Campaigns, Digital Documents, or Location to find what you need. Your Favorites act as a filtered view of the platform, showing only the tools that matter most to your role in that moment.

  • A Personalized Experience for Every User
Each user interacts with different parts of the system. Someone focused on operations may rely on Reports and KPI Center, while another user may prioritize Automation Management or Campaigns Management. Favorites allows each person to customize their workspace without affecting anyone else.
